Return Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund。

 

Returns must be made within 7 days upon receipt

Item(s) returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.

Item(s) bought in 'used' condition are not eligible for returns.

Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.

All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).

 

For Defective/Missing items/Size different/ Significantly different from our website

 

Contact us within 7 days upon receipt,email us details to our customer service team at sales@xcoser.com for replacement or refund. We will process your request within  5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. Buyer need to pre-pay the returning shipping fee, xcoser will afford the returning shipping fee due to our error.

 

Note: For custom made costume, Xcoser are not responsible for sizing errors provided by customers If customer need to ship back for revision, all the additional charge are at customers’ own expense. We only charge the revision fee. (Revision fee is vary from different style costumes)

We only refund item cost, shipping charge is not inlcuded

 

Exchange Policy

Xcoser provide 15 days exchange service. The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for exchange

 

Items exchanged must be made within 15 days upon receipt

Item(s) exchanged must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.

Item(s) bought in 'used' condition are not eligible for exchange

Item(s) must be returned back via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.

All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).

 

If you are not satisifed with the product and would like to exchange, contact us at sales@xcoser.com within 15 days upon receipt. Customer’s need to pre-pay the shipping fee and afford it. We will process the exchange within within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse.

 

Cancellation Policy

All costumes from xcoser made in your own size, pls check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order. If you need to cancel the order or make change for your order, pls email us within 24 hours after your submitting, Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame. Usually, we will process your order within 24 hours after received your payment. And orders request a cancellation after 24hours are not accepted.

 

Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages:

Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to an additional charge paid by customers if the address must be changed by the courier to be deliverable.

Note:Xcoser are not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Shipping fee depend on the shipping method you choose. If you want to upgrade to expedited shipping method(like UPS/FedEX/DHL), customer need pay the extra shipping fee.
