Return & Exchange Policy

The following information applies to all products on our store

All items purchased on XCOSER can be returned for an exchange or a refund. The time a customer has to return an item for an exchange or a refund is 30 days from the date that the customer has received his/her order. Returns must follow the procedure below:

-All items must be unworn and in new condition.
-All items must be returned in their original packaging, also in good condition.
-All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
-It is very important to follow the return procedure. The first step is to complete a return request by contacting our customer service

-Your return will be processed within 3-7 working days.

Note: For the custom-made costume, Xcoser are not responsible for sizing errors provided by customers If the customer needs to ship back for revision, all the additional charge are at customers’ own expense. We only charge the revision fee. (Revision fee varies from different style costumes)

Whats happening with my return?

All items bought on the site can be exchanged or refunded.
The period within which the customer is able to request an exchange or a refund is within 30 days of receiving the item.
To return an item(s) one must follow the procedure as stated below:

Step 1: Contact customer service on XCOSER official website
Request an exchange/return form by contacting customer service on XCOSER official website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Step 2: Obtaining your return instructions

-If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

- If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 3: Drop the parcel with the courier
Please send with all items in original packaging and email us your tracking method and number. Your return will be processed within 3-7 working days after we receive your package.


Cancellation Policy

All costumes from xcoser made in your own size, pls check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order. If you need to cancel the order or make change for your order, pls contact us within 24 hours after your submitting, Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame. Usually, we will process your order within 24 hours after received your payment. And orders request a cancellation after 24hours are not accepted.


Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages:

Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to an additional charge paid by customers if the address must be changed by the courier to be deliverable.

Note: Xcoser is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Shipping fee depends on the shipping method you choose. If you want to upgrade to expedited shipping method(like UPS/FedEx/DHL), customer need pay the extra shipping fee.
