Then the costumes will be sent out . The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.
Shipping cost will be shown before you place the order. Xcoser provides free shipping on the order over $99, otherwise customers need pay extra fee at lowest $9.9, definitely the fee depends on the country and weight.

Standard Return & Exchange & Cancellation Policy
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items which are the defective within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 15 days of delivery.
