Men's Sizes Chart

How to measure:

Neck
Measure a shirt with a collar that fits you well. Lay the collar flat, and measure from the center of the collar button to the far end of the button hole. The measurement in inches is your collar size. (Alternatively, measure around the base of your neck.)

Chest
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist
Measure around your waist, in your underwear, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hips
Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm
Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.

Bust
If possible, get a friend to help. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm
Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length..

Rise
Hold the tape at the center back of your waist. Run the tape between your legs, pulling comfortably at the crotch, and up to your natural waist in front. The total measurement is your rise.

Height
Stand in stocking feet, with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Waist
Measure around the waist (not over pants) at your child's natural waistline.

Garment Inseam
Measure a similar pant that fits your child well. Measure pant from the crotch intersection down to the bottom of the pant.

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items which are the defective within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 15 days of delivery. If the product you received has serious quality problem, such as holes, splits.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: We will never ask you if you want to do the cheap way or the expensive way, because we only have one high standard: we use best(or most suitable) material and with best workmanship. If you are looking for a $50 costume for Halloween, there are better places to shop. The following examples will give you rough idea of how much we charge for commissions, price include shipping.

Q: How long will it take to make

A: We are very flexible and can arrange our working plan according to your deadline.
If you are interested in doing a commission, there are three steps you need to take:
1. Send us as many pictures as possible and ask for a quote. It will also be very helpful if you can let me know the deadline you need it to be delivered. Our email address is [email protected] The quote is final and we are not in the position of bargaining.
2. If you are happy with the quote, please send full payment via PayPal at the above email address as well.
3. Send us the measurement from the guide above.
Please send no more than two costumes at a time and it is important you send files less than 300k in size.

Q: Is this a reliable website? 

 A: Over the years I have made over 100 Cosplay commissions for fans in Hong Kong, Japan and United States. We are sponsoring cosplay societies in 2 major Hong Kong universities. Payment is made at our merchant bank's secure site and we do not have access to your credit card information.

Q:What shipping method do you offer and how long does it take? 

A:If you live outside Hong Kong and need the goods urgently, we use express shipping method for costumes, such as DHL and UPS. We ship from Hong Kong, delivery normally takes 7 working days on average. There can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control. For accessories and wigs, we use standard air mail; delivery can take around 20 working days. If your order is above $50, you can choose priority airmail at no additional cost. Priority airmail normally takes 7-10 working days and come with online tracking number. We will responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Q:When Can I Get My Costume? 

A:Due to the high demand and the huge variation of the cosplay costume size, most costumes of our website are customized because it's unable for us to take large-scale mass production. Four steps are employed from the order processing to its finish: orders arrangement, tailoring, checkout and shipment.

Orders Arrangement:
There are 24 hours for us to collect and arrange the orders to our manufacturers after the customers placed an order, so if customers have some special or specific requirements for their orders after the order has placed(such as change the size, cancel order), we will handle those timely during the 24 hours. After the order arrangement, we will transfer the exact order information to our supplier and then they will begin to manufacture.

Tailoring:
Once the manufacturer got the orders information from us, the designer will choose the corresponding fabric according to every order's style and customer's demands. Then they will prepare to begin the tailoring, the clipping workers will tailor the cloth according to the style and fabric provided by the designer. After that the final step is the elaborative sewing. All of these procedures are purely handmade which demands much patience and attention, so it needs 4 to 5 days for the tailoring. However, it is worthwhile as we hope our customers received a fancy costume from us.

Checkout:
We have special inspectors to check out the finished costumes; their job is to check two main aspects of the costumes. Firstly, check if there is some breakage or if the sewing is qualified. Secondly, they will inspect if the size, color and costume style are correspond to customers' order, also they will check if all the accessories are complete. The whole procedure is very careful, and after the product inspection, the inspectors will register and handle every costume well.

Shipment:
Once our shipping operator got the costumes, they will go to the internet to check the customers' shipping address and then fill in the shipping list carefully. After all of the shipping processes accomplished, we will call the International Air Service Cooperation to take the goods for delivery. It's may be relatively time-consuming as the long distance and many customs inspections, but as our shipping method is air transportation so it's save the shipping time to a large extent. Usually, the whole shipping time is 5 to 7 days if there is no problem on it, but the specific shipping time may vary from country to country.

Orders Arrangement (1day) + Tailoring (4-5days) + Checkout (0.5day) + Shipment (5-7days) = Get Your Costumes (10-13 days)
