Skidproof TPR outsole, and high-grade PU leather vamp with some ornamental shoelaces, soft and comfortable.

For Xcoser products, we delivery them worldwide. Most Orders (Except the custom-made costumes) will need about 10-15 production days once the payment was cleared, Shipping in 1 or 2 business days once the payment were cleared and usually 5 to 7 days for delivery, NO overnight shipping. We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. 

For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out . The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Shipping cost will be shown before you place the order. Xcoser provides free shipping on the order over $99, otherwise customers need pay extra fee at lowest $9.9, definitely the fee depends on the country and weight.

Return Policy guarantee our customers benefits. We advise that customers count and check the goods immediately upon receipt.

7-day Return Policy and 15-day Exchange Policy Most XCoser.com Products!

Standard Return & Exchange & Cancellation Policy
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items which are the defective within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 15 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products.


Return Policy
If the product you received has serious quality problem, such as holes, splits.
If the color of product you received is obviously different from the color of your order. **Please notice that color aberration due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition is not included.
In cases above, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. According to your request, we will arrange return or exchange for you without delay. You need to send it back to us within 7 days since you received products. Please notice that we can not accept any return without being informed.

Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up within 24 hours. As the cosplay costumes are customized, we are sorry to deny cancel order after it's under processed.
